As a Medical Director of Orthopedics at Unity Health Care, you will play a critical role in leading our orthopedic team and providing exceptional medical care to patients with musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in orthopedic surgery and procedures, with excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team of healthcare professionals. You will need to develop and implement treatment plans, lead clinical teams, and make decisions about patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical interventions
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary

Requirements:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in orthopedic surgery
  • Board certification in orthopedic surgery
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Corporate Office
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary Estimate: $350,000 - $400,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
