SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000, based on national averages for primary care physicians in the Washington D.C. area. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, education debt reduction program (EDRP) up to $200K over 5 years, professional/personal insurance coverages, federal retirement plan, separate 401K, CME, and much more.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled physician to join our multi-disciplinary team in providing face-to-face care to our nation's veterans. As a Medical Director, you will work closely with our team of RNs and health technicians to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with mental health clinicians and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Full and unrestricted license from any U.S. State
- Board certified preferred but will accept board eligible
- Predictable work schedules and a focus on quality rather than volume
