Senior Account Executive

Emerging Blue Jobs is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for executing sales strategies, building relationships with retail partners, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with retail partners to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Lead regular business meetings with partners to discuss sales performance, market trends, and business development opportunities.
- Implement regional business development strategies to expand retail distribution and maximize wholesale shipments.
- Analyze sales reports and set key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Take ownership of sales targets and ensure that booking and profitability targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with the planning team to optimize stock levels, manage order books, and deliver against targeted sales plans.
- Prepare seasonal hindsight data analyses and build assortments to maximize product and division opportunities.
- Lead market appointments and present brand product strategies to retail partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address and resolve shipping and finance issues.
- Ensure that retail partners are supported with brand and product knowledge training to ensure consistency across all doors.
- Maintain extensive knowledge and understanding of competitors' strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales and account management
- Experience with women's ready-to-wear tops and dresses
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform complex verbal and written communications
- Proficiency in Excel and retail math
