Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lobby area and front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the administrative team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lobby and Front Desk Management
    • Manage the flow of visitors and ensure a professional and courteous greeting
    • Operate the telephone system to relay calls and take messages
    • Retrieve and distribute mail and packages
  • Supply Management
    • Order and maintain office supplies and materials
    • Manage the cost of supplies and negotiate with vendors
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry and document preparation
    • Assist with filing, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks
    • Support the team with special projects and initiatives
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
