With only a few competitors nationwide, we are poised to revolutionize the indoor shooting range industry. Our goal is to create a welcoming and positive environment for our patrons, and we need someone who shares our passion for exceptional customer service.Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to create a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our patrons, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in the training and development of new team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to the creation of a dynamic and engaging work environment, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on results-oriented performance.
