- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as pharmacy, healthcare administration, or business.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmacy operations, management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in team leadership, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in workflow planning, scheduling, and performance management.
- Certifications: Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT) certification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and industry standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as pharmacy, healthcare administration, or business.
- Experience: Previous experience in managed care, prescription benefits, reimbursement, medical billing, and/or pharmacy, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Skills: Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
The Pharmacy Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with frequent interactions with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
