Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on flooring solutions within the property management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate customer leads from our existing clientele.
  • Product Promotion: Advocate for Regal's range of flooring products and services to our established customer base.
  • Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets through exceptional service and effective sales techniques.
  • Referral Development: Foster customer referrals for Regal's commercial flooring services.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Flooring team to create and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Planning: Maintain a structured daily sales schedule.
  • Database Management: Build and manage a comprehensive customer database.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the Flooring team to plan and execute direct marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Meetings: Participate in regular sales meetings to align on goals and strategies.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team to support overall objectives.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation is required; an auto allowance will be provided.
