Position Overview
Are you seeking to elevate your career in client relations within the wealth management sector? As a Senior Client Service Associate at Coldstream Capital Management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting multiple Wealth Managers and affluent clients, offering various pathways for professional growth.

Work Environment
This role provides a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work in the office on designated days while enjoying the option to work remotely on others. Coldstream is a well-established, employee-owned wealth management firm with a 26-year history of building trust with high-net-worth families and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:

  • Acting as a liaison between clients and custodians/investment managers, managing client information, and processing all cashiering and fund transfer requests.
  • Scheduling and organizing client meetings while proactively preparing necessary materials ahead of time.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new clients, which involves:
    • Opening brokerage accounts and establishing cashiering requirements.
    • Setting up online reporting access.
    • Updating cost basis and tracking required minimum distributions.
    • Reconciling account information.
  • Facilitating the sending and receiving of documents between clients, their advisors, and investment custodians.
  • Entering and maintaining client data and activity notes in our CRM system.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of client service experience in the wealth management industry, with a strong desire to develop a career in this field.
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or business administration.
  • FINRA Series 65 license is highly preferred, or the willingness to obtain it within six months.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac portfolio accounting systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on proper grammar and punctuation.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to following established processes consistently.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Dependability, as the team's hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is competitive and based on individual experience and qualifications, typically starting between $65k - $80k, plus an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
