Coldstream is an employee-owned, independent wealth management firm with a 26-year history of building trust with affluent families and businesses.

Core Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:

  • Acting as a liaison between clients and custodians/investment managers, managing client information, and overseeing all cashiering and money movement requests.
  • Scheduling and organizing client meetings, while proactively preparing necessary materials in advance.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new clients, which involves:
    • Opening brokerage accounts and establishing cashiering needs.
    • Setting up online reporting access.
    • Updating cost basis and tracking required minimum distributions.
    • Reconciling account information.
  • Managing document exchanges with clients, their advisors, and investment custodians.
  • Entering and maintaining client data and activity notes in our CRM system.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of client service experience in the wealth management industry, with a strong interest in furthering a career in this field.
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or business administration.
  • FINRA Series 65 license is highly preferred, or the willingness to obtain it within six months.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac portfolio accounting (or similar systems) is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on proper grammar and punctuation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to consistently follow established processes.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Dependability, with a commitment to the team's working hours.

Compensation and Benefits
We evaluate each candidate individually based on their experience and qualifications, offering competitive compensation that reflects their value to the team. Base pay typically ranges from $65k to $80k, complemented by an annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
