The Senior Client Associate is essential in enhancing the effectiveness of the Client Advisors Team.
This individual will engage with both internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service for our clients.
This position is crucial for nurturing robust client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the Advisory Team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Client Advisors in prospecting and managing the sales pipeline through referrals, participation in networking functions, and establishing influential connections.
2. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with current clients, acting as a primary contact for financial investment and planning inquiries.
3. Participate in client meetings, actively engaging in presentations and discussions.
4. Conduct thorough analyses of prospective clients' financial documents and portfolio structures.
5. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by collecting necessary information and preparing documentation.
6. Aid Advisors in crafting regular communications to clients regarding portfolio performance and activities.
7. Provide clients with monthly financial statements and quarterly performance reviews.
8. Assist Advisors by organizing meetings, preparing client materials, and attending meetings to ensure follow-up on all action items.
9. Support the setup and ongoing management of client information in CRM systems and other client management tools, including contact details and significant client information.
11. Educate clients and their families on investment-related topics.
12. Monitor and review client investments across various asset classes, including both public and private investment vehicles.
13. Collaborate with Advisors to evaluate and formulate strategies for client portfolios.
14. Manage cash balances and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet client requirements.
15. Work alongside Advisors to complete trade-related tasks, including execution, documentation, and post-trade processes.
16. Assist Advisors with task management and coordinate with the Client Experience team to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial sector is required.
- Experience in a multi-family office setting is advantageous.
- High levels of confidentiality, discretion, and sound professional judgment are essential.
- Excellent listening and communication skills are crucial.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to offer alternative solutions and demonstrate good judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Series 65 (or willingness to obtain) or a comparable industry certification is preferred.
