Position Overview:
The Senior Client Associate is crucial in enhancing the operations of the Client Advisors Team.
This role requires collaboration with both internal and external partners to ensure efficient processes and outstanding service delivery to clients.
The individual will be key in nurturing robust client relationships, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Advisor Team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Client Advisors in prospecting and managing pipelines through referrals, participation in networking functions, and cultivating influential connections.
2. Establish and sustain strong relationships with current clients, acting as a primary contact for financial investment and planning inquiries.
3. Engage in prospect meetings, actively participating in presentations and discussions.
4. Conduct thorough analyses of prospects' financial documents and portfolio structures.
5. Facilitate the onboarding of new clients by collecting necessary information and preparing relevant documentation.
6. Aid Advisors in crafting regular client communications regarding portfolio performance and activities.
7. Provide clients with monthly financial statements and quarterly performance summaries.
8. Assist Advisors by organizing meetings, preparing client materials, and attending meetings to ensure follow-up on all action items.
9. Help maintain and update client information in CRM systems and other client management tools, including contact details and other pertinent client information.
11. Educate clients and their families on investment-related topics.
12. Monitor and review client investments across various asset classes, including both public and private investment vehicles.
13. Support Advisors in evaluating and formulating strategies for client portfolios.
14. Oversee cash balances and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet client requirements.
15. Collaborate with Advisors to execute trade-related tasks, including trade execution, documentation, and post-trade processes.
16. Assist Advisors with task management and coordinate with the Client Experience team to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred.
4+ years of experience in the financial services industry is required.
Experience in a multi-family office setting is advantageous.
Confidentiality, discretion, and sound professional judgment are essential.
Excellent listening and communication skills are critical.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to propose alternative solutions and demonstrate good judgment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Possession of Series 65 (or willingness to obtain) or a comparable industry certification is preferred.
