Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at the Department of Health and Human Services. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in various healthcare settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on delivering compassionate and personalized care. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or higher
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN)
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
