">We offer a total annual compensation package that may range from $100,000 to $120,000 based on performance. Quarterly opportunities for salary increases are available along the way, allowing you to grow your medical skills while providing personalized care to our patients.
">Job Description
">As a Compassionate Home Care Nurse Practitioner, you will provide evidence-based medical care by planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs. You will examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and other conditions. Our team relies on you to order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed, collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals, and maintain comprehensive patient records.
">You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and make referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary. A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and five or more years of nursing experience are required, along with proficiency in medical instruments and equipment. Proficiency in computer-based data management programs, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications is also essential.
