About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Wetlands Visitor Experience Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional visitor experiences and promoting our conservation work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our conservation team to ensure that our messaging is accurate and up-to-date.">
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our conservation outreach efforts.">
  • Provide support and guidance to volunteers and staff.">

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field such as biology, ecology, or environmental science.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Passion for wildlife conservation and wetland management.">
  • Basic knowledge of local wildlife species.">

A competitive salary of £34,405 per annum, 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days in 7 including weekends and bank holidays.
