Conservation Advocacy Manager

The Addison Group is seeking an experienced Government Relations Senior Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. This role requires a deep understanding of government relations, conservation policy, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive policy initiatives to promote conservation goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including legislators, government agencies, and industry leaders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to advance policy objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in government relations, preferably within conservation, natural resources, or renewable energy.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in public policy, environmental policy, or a related field.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
