Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technical support specialists to provide cloud support services to our customers.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve cloud support services and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address customer concerns.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to support cloud support services.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a technical operations or cloud support role.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of technical support specialists.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in cloud computing and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
