Job Overview

Job Summary

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers. This role requires a strong background in construction management, with experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including scope changes, delays, and cost overruns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to management and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience in the building construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
