Sales Manager

Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Aggregates Sales team in the Midwest region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve annual sales objectives.
- Develop and drive market management plans, customer management plans, and bid strategies to grow market share and improve profit margins.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure industry standards are met.
- Target new accounts and cultivate existing customers to expand our presence in the market.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential new customers.
- Review market conditions regularly and report on sales mix, prices, and volumes.
- Participate in sales forecasts and create annual budgets and targets.
- Work with customers and our credit department to optimize accounts receivable.
- Represent the company within industry associations.
- At least 7 years of aggregates and/or sand & gravel experience.
- At least 4 years of proven, successful sales experience.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and critical thinking.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or at least 7 years of sales experience in the construction materials industry.
