Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our school photography business in a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and customer service, with a proven track record of driving growth and maintaining high levels of account retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Performance:
Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement budgets, business plans, and pricing strategies that align with company objectives. Manage labor and expenses to meet benchmarks and drive revenue growth.

Sales Growth:
Execute sales plans through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and present proposals, presentations, and bids to generate new business and ensure accurate and timely sales reporting.

Customer Retention:
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular check-ins, both virtual and in-person. Meet rebooking goals and ensure all agreements are submitted on time to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Staffing & Development:
Hire, train, and manage full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing development to ensure the team meets its objectives and provides excellent customer service.

Operations Management:
Ensure proper scheduling of photography dates, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and oversee job submissions to ensure they are production-ready and meet company standards.

Customer Service:


Address and resolve customer service issues promptly, solicit feedback, and follow up on prior customers to address concerns and improve retention.



Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of industry-related sales and supervisory experience.

Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively. Proficiency with Google Suite and virtual meeting tools. High level of energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
