Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive customer success and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and workflows to support customer success operations.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation and training materials to support customer success team members.
  • Partner with other Go-to-Market teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and customer journey enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in go-to-market operations, customer success, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with CRM systems and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer success strategies and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce or Gainsight certification.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • SQL experience.
