Position Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Safety and Training Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting safety standards and ensuring compliance with operational procedures, as well as managing and maintaining training records for all personnel within the facility. When not engaged in training or safety-related tasks, you will assist warehouse teams with various operational duties.

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility to cover different shifts as needed
  • Hourly Rate: $25

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding training program for new teammates and conduct audits of existing training initiatives.
  • Assign and schedule mandatory training for both new and current employees.
  • Utilize team meetings to communicate and reinforce safety initiatives and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate training records for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal training mandates.
  • Collaborate with individuals and teams to enhance performance and safety standards within the facility.
  • Assist warehouse staff with various tasks when not engaged in safety or training responsibilities.
  • Must be available to work both first and second shifts as required.

*This role primarily involves warehouse operations with limited administrative duties (no more than 20% of the time).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 per hour
