Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Direct Daily Restaurant Operations
  • Supervise and Train Employees
  • Assist in Recruiting, Interviewing, and Hiring of Crew Members
  • Motivate and Coach Crew Members
  • Assist in Day-to-Day Operations, Including Scheduling, Ordering, and Team Development
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety and Security Policies
  • Maintain Fast, Accurate Service and Excellent Customer Experience
  • Perform Various Tasks, Including Runner, Frontline Coordinator, Order Taker, Dining Room Attendant, Grill Operator, Sandwich Maker, Fry Station, Drinks, and Cashier
Requirements:
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Basic Math, Computer, and Internet Skills
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills
  • Ability to Be Flexible and Adapt in Any Situation
  • Able to Stand for Long Periods on Hard Surfaces, Occasionally in Warm Temperatures
  • Able to Lift Supplies and Materials
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 1-2 Years of Supervisory Experience in a Food Service or Retail Environment Preferred
