We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Assistant Manager at the DMV Customer Service Center. Key Duties Include:

  • Assisting in the management of daily operations and staff supervision.

  • Overseeing financial operations and service delivery in accordance with established policies.
  • Assuming managerial responsibilities in the absence of the center manager.
  • Ensuring all services are delivered with a customer-centric approach.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • Knowledge of supervisory practices and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with organizational management principles related to service operations.
  • Experience with administrative practices concerning budget control and facilities management.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data analysis techniques.

Additional Considerations

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with supervisory experience in customer service preferred. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
