About the Role

As an Industrial Development Manager at Michael Page, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of industrial projects from concept to completion. This includes working with consultants to review survey, geotechnical, and environmental data, as well as creating predevelopment cost budgets and schedules. You will also oversee third-party preconstruction and design teams, manage the schedule and cost, and review monthly development draws.

Key Responsibilities

Oversight of consultants for survey, geotechnical review, environmental, legal, zoning, permitting, etc.
Review survey / title information, easements, environmental data, zoning, governing agency requirements, utilities, etc.
Create predevelopment cost budgets and schedules
Oversee third-party preconstruction and design teams
Manage the schedule, cost, change order reviews
Review monthly development draws and submit with approval recommendations.

Requirements

The successful Industrial Development Manager will have a bachelor's degree in engineer, construction management, architecture, or real estate, and a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial real estate or 5+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager on Industrial builds from cradle to grave. You must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time and be local to Colorado.
