ANSI Inspector

Industrial Inspection & Analysis is seeking a skilled ANSI Inspector to join our Lifting Services team in Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections on aerial lifts, bucket trucks, cranes, and digger derricks to ensure they are in safe working order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural tests, including acoustic emission tests, magnetic particle inspections, and torque tests to assess the integrity of equipment.
• Conduct dielectric testing to verify the electrical insulating strength of equipment.
• Identify and report any defects or issues found during inspections.

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of mechanical processes.
• Proficient computer skills and strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently with some direction from management.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

• Able to stand, sit, squat, climb, crawl, and twist for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be punctual, accountable, and provide high-quality customer service.
