Job Overview

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and career-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Consultant. In this role, you will cultivate and enhance customer relationships within the community, promoting a range of insurance products including auto, home, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring regular follow-ups as necessary.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about various insurance options.
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and effectively market suitable products and services.

Compensation:

As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive hourly wage along with commission and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in sales, whether in outside sales, retail, or telemarketing.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage everyday risks and achieve their aspirations.
  • Self-driven and proactive in addressing challenges.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in marketing is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours may be required.
