Your Role
As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing the planning, investment, and insurance needs of select clients. This position requires effective coordination and exceptional client service, with significant interaction among clients, senior management, and advisors. You will also focus on building your personal practice by leveraging the resources available at Alera.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored solutions to clients' evolving insurance needs by offering life, health, and disability insurance, along with comprehensive wealth management guidance.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and develop a foundation for long-term client sources.
- Collaborate closely with the Alera sales team and existing client base.
- Partner with experienced producers and senior partners to explore new business opportunities within the client network.
- Identify and pursue new client prospects by understanding their unique needs and financial situations through scheduled consultations.
- Assess clients' long-term objectives and tailor strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in life insurance.
- Valid life insurance license is required.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, analytical skills, and decisive decision-making abilities.
- A passion for developing and managing client relationships.
