Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and organize client databases, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
- Assist existing policyholders throughout the claims process while managing ongoing insurance claims.
- Expand our client base by generating leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing initiatives.
- Assess potential clients' insurance needs, preferences, risks, prior coverage, and financial situation through scheduled consultations to deliver the best service possible.
- Provide exceptional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients, including scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and addressing questions related to billing and insurance policies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Prior experience in health or life insurance is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
