Senior Building Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at Government Jobs. This is a full-time regular position with a competitive salary of $68,800.00 annually.
Job Responsibilities- Perform a variety of specialized facilities maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs, and develop solutions to prevent future issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and take corrective action to prevent damage or downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
