Job Title: Brand Development Manager

At Hansgrohe, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our target groups, ensuring consistent and effective training on our products, installation techniques, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Development: Design and create brand-centric educational programs for specific target groups, focusing on Hansgrohe products, technologies, and industry best practices.
  2. On-Site Customer Trainings: Conduct on-site training sessions at different locations, providing hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance product knowledge and installation skills.
  3. Product Knowledge Management: Stay updated on the latest products, innovations, and technologies offered by Hansgrohe and top competitors, disseminating product knowledge to field teams.
  4. Performance Evaluation: Implement performance assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing constructive feedback to participants.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales managers, distributors, and internal teams to understand regional training needs, collaborating with marketing teams to incorporate brand messaging into training materials.
  6. Compliance and Standards: Ensure that training programs adhere to brand standards and relevant compliance protocols, integrating relevant regulations into training content.
  7. Headquarter Support: Assist with Aquademie classes and shower world experiences, onboard new associates, and facilitate occasional market research projects related to products and POS materials.
  8. Reporting: Create annual training targets and supporting execution timeline, generate regular reports on training metrics, participation rates, and effectiveness, providing insights to management for continuous improvement of training initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Extensive experience in the plumbing or bathroom/kitchen fixtures industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hansgrohe products and their applications.
  • Familiarity with plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.
