Job Summary:

Floor Staff team members at Regal Entertainment are classified based on individual theatre needs and employee availability. Their primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Concession Stand Team Member, you will be responsible for operating the POS system, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining concession stock inventory. You will also promote the Regal Crown Club program and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the POS system and handle cash and credit transactions
• Maintain concession stock inventory and ensure accuracy of cash drawer
• Promote the Regal Crown Club program
• Comply with local, state, and federal food safety laws
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
