Mental Health Therapist

The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe is seeking a skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our Integrated Clinical Care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide culturally appropriate mental health treatment, crisis intervention, prevention, and education to enhance the quality of life of our Tribe and its members.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one, family, and group counseling sessions
- Coordinate care with referral sources, families, and other organizations
- Develop and implement continuing education plans to maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Support Tribal community development efforts and participate in special events
- Master of Arts Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Psychology
- Washington State license as MFT, LCSW, or LMHC
- Minimum of 2 years supervised work experience in counseling families, couples, and children
- Basic personal computer skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- A competitive salary range of $33.86 - $38.10 hourly
- Occasional travel to trainings and conferences
