Metric Geo is seeking a highly experienced Traffic Section Director to lead our growing Traffic Design, Traffic Analysis, and Safety Analysis practice in Columbus, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a regional team and providing technical support on traffic study and/or design projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice Management: Manage the growth and development of our Traffic Design, Traffic Analysis, and Safety Analysis practice in Columbus, Ohio.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support on traffic study and/or design projects in Ohio and nationwide.
- Leadership: Lead, develop, and implement design approaches and manage project and task management functions on traffic projects and traffic discipline on multi-disciplined projects.
- Financial Management: Monitor all financial aspects of the project including invoicing, budget status, accounts receivable, and monthly reports.
- Business Development: Develop and implement a business development growth plan for the traffic section, including marketing and client relations.
- Training and Development: Train, coach, and mentor junior traffic staff in developing and delivering projects.
