Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train hourly employees to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
