Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the resident move-in process, including showing new homes, completing new leases, and ensuring residents' needs are met.
- Manage resident complaints and service issues, coordinating with maintenance staff as needed to address and resolve concerns.
- Support residents during the move-out process, including notice to vacate and resident transfers.
- Oversee the lease process, including finalizing leases with residents and providing information on community services.
- Perform post-turn unit inspections and move-in inventory inspections with new residents.
- Follow up with residents who have requested work orders or expressed concerns with the community.
- Ensure resident lease renewals are completed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to assign and schedule service requests.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and make recommendations for improvements.
- 6 months+ of residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Yardi, and Payscan.
- Effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Valid driver's license required.
