As a Weekend Evening Concierge at Bozzuto, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and prospects, setting the tone for a positive and memorable experience. You will take ownership of creating a welcoming atmosphere, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide timely assistance and solutions to residents and prospects with care and attention to detail.
- Plan and execute engaging events and activities that foster a sense of community and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure a consistently positive experience and meticulously cared for community through proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Generate awareness and interest in our community through effective communication and social media management.
- Encourage happy customers to share their positive experiences through reviews and testimonials.
- Organize and maintain front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators with precision and efficiency.
- Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
**What We're Looking For**
- 2+ years' experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A sharp professional appearance and a customer-focused mentality.
- Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
- An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating customer needs.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (we deliver a lot of packages during the holidays).
