Job Summary

The Senior Care Specialist will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to a small group of residents, working closely with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. This role requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a commitment to teamwork, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and social engagement
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Communicating effectively with family members and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or questions
  • Participating in the development and implementation of community programs and events that promote social engagement, education, and wellness
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided
Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Care Specialist, you will need:

  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for working with seniors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of experience working in senior care or a related field
  • Valid certifications and licenses required by state regulations
