Position Overview

As a Private Wealth Management (PWM) Analyst, you will play a crucial role in cultivating, managing, and preserving client relationships within the realm of Private Wealth Planning. This position emphasizes the development of specialized technical skills and the enhancement of client-facing capabilities necessary to progress toward becoming an Associate Advisor. The training provided will focus on the technical components of Private Wealth Planning. Your responsibilities will include the retention, development, and expansion of high-net-worth client relationships through strategic prospecting, research, and effective pipeline management, all under the guidance of a PWM Planner. You will deliver comprehensive analyses of client financial statements utilizing appropriate financial planning tools and methodologies to propose strategies that encourage growth for both prospects and clients.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Up to three years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of departmental operations, policies, and U.S. Bank's products and services
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient client-facing abilities
- Capability to identify and resolve discrepancies, interpret data, and address complex issues with minimal supervision
- Proficient in navigating various software applications, including Microsoft Office
- Well-honed analytical skills
- Pursuit of professional designations (CFP, CFA, etc.) is advantageous

This position offers a hybrid work model, where team members typically spend three days per week at a U.S. Bank location, enjoying flexibility for remote work on other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, with actual compensation varying based on the specific location of the role.
