Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or relevant business-facing role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of INFOR HCM or WFM system administration experience.
  • Participation in a full lifecycle Infor HCM or WFM implementation.
  • Infor certification or experience preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of principles, concepts, and theories within HCM solutions.
  • Ability to train and lead team members.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive toward agreement with cross-functional business teams.
