We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Management Coordinator to join our team at Leidos in downtown Los Angeles. As a key member of the Litigation Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and receptionist services, including receiving visitors and handling telephone calls.
  • Manage access to the office, ensuring that only authorized personnel have entry.
  • Notifies staff members of visitors or incoming telephone calls, takes messages, and provides general information regarding office programs.
  • Handles citizen complaints over the phone and in person, directing callers or visitors to the appropriate agency and providing necessary forms.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records, including filing systems and telephone directories.
  • Coordinates logistics, including reserving conference rooms and arranging courier services to courthouses and state and federal agencies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a government or litigation support environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing/keyboarding skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
