Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of sales associates and management staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Provide input on merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies to drive business growth and improve customer loyalty.
  • Conduct regular sales floor audits to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales associates and management staff.
  • Manage labor and supply budgets to ensure efficient store operations and minimize costs.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience in a similar retail management role, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
  • College or post-secondary degree preferred.
  • Experience with buying and merchandising is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence partners and motivate direct reports.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing sales management training and presentations.
  • Proficiency with retail systems and office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other language skills are considered an asset.
  • Ability to travel when required, both domestically and internationally.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary within the range of $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.
