Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of client relationships, including daily interactions, setting funding limits, and implementing pricing enhancements.
- Consult with senior management to resolve client issues and develop solutions.
- Perform financial analysis and prepare reports on client performance.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and operations teams to ensure smooth client interactions.
- Participate in regular conference calls and meetings with senior management to discuss portfolio performance and address issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
- Visit client sites to build relationships, address credit issues, and cross-sell bank products.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve client relationships and bank operations.
- Utilize industry-specific software and Microsoft Office to perform daily tasks.
- Supervise and train less experienced account executives.
- Provide backup support for operations and portfolio management teams.
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting/Finance preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in commercial financial services, with 5+ years as an account executive in a similar role.
