Job Summary

As a seasoned Account Executive III at Seacoast Bank, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including relationship building and risk assessment. You will work closely with senior executives to resolve client issues and develop strategies to enhance client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of client relationships, including daily interactions, setting funding limits, and implementing pricing enhancements.
  • Consult with senior management to resolve client issues and develop solutions.
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare reports on client performance.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and operations teams to ensure smooth client interactions.
  • Participate in regular conference calls and meetings with senior management to discuss portfolio performance and address issues.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
  • Visit client sites to build relationships, address credit issues, and cross-sell bank products.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve client relationships and bank operations.
  • Utilize industry-specific software and Microsoft Office to perform daily tasks.
  • Supervise and train less experienced account executives.
  • Provide backup support for operations and portfolio management teams.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting/Finance preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial financial services, with 5+ years as an account executive in a similar role.
