Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing financial statements throughout the full cycle for 3-5 properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and accruals
  • Perform month-end close and fixed asset schedules
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience
  • Property accounting experience and Yardi experience
  • Excellent Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and V Lookups
