Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Process Coordinator to join our attorney team. As a key member of our billing process, you will be responsible for generating and reviewing proformas, researching and providing information to customers, and ensuring timely completion of billing duties.

Billing Process Highlights:

  • We utilize computerized billing software to streamline our billing process and improve efficiency.
  • Our team works closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating and reviewing proformas for informational and billing purposes.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding bills and payments.
  • Communicating professionally with customers to resolve outstanding items and update them on bill status.
  • Assisting with year-end closing and reporting.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a legal, accounting, finance, or equivalent industry.
  • Possess knowledge of 3E or Elite.

The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
