A Barback provides exceptional service to guests and maintains a clean and well-stocked beverage area. Reporting to the Restaurant Assistant General Manager, this role is responsible for assisting the bartender, replenishing beverages and supplies, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the bartender with tasks and duties as needed
- Replenish beverages, ice, glassware, roll-ups, plates, and supplies from the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, clearing used glassware, china, and silverware
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by management
Requirements:
This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
