Job Title: Marketing and Events Coordinator Eataly New Jersey

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team at Eataly New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing plans in our New Jersey location, including events, education, community relations, and graphics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of marketing plans in the New Jersey location, including events, education, community relations, and graphics.
  • Work with the Store Director and Corporate Marketing Team to ensure defined strategies and initiatives are correctly executed within the agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and goals.
  • Ensure in-store communication is up to standards and follows the brand guidelines.
  • Utilize tools and systems provided to support signage production as needed and oversee in-store installations.
  • Collaborate with corporate Communication team to create assets that promote marketing and events initiatives.
  • Create and execute marketing activations, such as customer events and educational activities, following La Scuola programming and national events guidelines.
  • Write and monitor class descriptions and create class registration pages online.
  • Coordinate with in-store departments to organize demos with producers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Event planning experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of and contacts in the New Jersey food industry is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Outstanding professional communication and editorial skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Eventbrite platform is considered an asset.
