We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler System Specialist to join our team at Siemens. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems and other water-based equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems, standpipes, backflow preventers, fire hydrants, and fire pumps.
- Perform fire sprinkler, fire pump, and other water-based equipment inspections and testing.
- Document deficiencies/impairments noted during inspections or service work and follow required processes for reporting deficiencies.
- Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all work performed.
- Maintain vehicle stock, tools, and equipment, and follow corporate policies related to vehicle use and care.
- 3+ years of experience in the installation and/or repair of water-based equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a variety of environments, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment, working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations.
- 5+ years of experience with installation and repair of water-based equipment.
- High school diploma, state-recognized GED, associate, or bachelor's degree preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $60,620 - $103,920.
