About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Manager to join our team at the Center For Literacy, Educ & Employment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of training content for our programs, working closely with our project partners and stakeholders to ensure that our content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content review process that ensures all training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with federal and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with project partners and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop content that meets those needs.
  • Design and deliver training workshops and webinars on topics related to inclusive education, special education, and assistive technology.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project partners and stakeholders to ensure that our content meets their needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training content and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content development, training, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to special education and inclusive education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and in inclusive education settings.
  • Knowledge of assistive technology and its applications in education.
