Product Training Content Specialist

VELUX is seeking a highly skilled Product Training Content Specialist to join our team in Fort Mill, SC. As a key member of our North American Product Management team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality training content to support our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, manage, and update product training content for North America.
  • Develop and validate accuracy, use, and effectiveness of product technical and commercial training material.
  • Assess and suggest budgetary needs for training roadmaps and monitor adherence to annual budgets.
  • Contribute to product development for new product launches, providing commercial sales and technical product knowledge and insights.
  • Handover commercial and technical training content to internal trainers.
  • Assist in the proofreading, accuracy, and language translation of content.
  • Coordinate the research, development, execution, and maintenance of Continuing Education Units (CEU) Architectural presentations and other sales presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented topic.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience creating impactful presentations.
  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience in an industry similar to ours in a training curriculum development or technical products role.
  • A strong commercial mindset and understanding of the elements of product marketing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, with high proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to speak and write English at a professional level, with the ability to speak and/or read Spanish a plus.
