About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team at the Center For Literacy, Educ & Employment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of training content for our partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project partners and TDOE leadership to develop and implement content management processes.
  • Design and deliver training workshops for project partners on topics such as content approval, 508 compliance, and project operating procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of professionals to foster collaboration and meet project goals.
  • Utilize knowledge of special education and content review to advise and guide state-wide partners on training and professional development needs.
  • Oversee project content timelines and negotiate changes to timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to make sound judgment calls based on knowledge of federal and Tennessee state laws regarding the education of students with disabilities.
  • Experience working in programs and services for students with disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Knowledge of and strong foundation in special education.
  • Evidence of a well-rounded knowledge base in special education: programs and services; rules and regulations; and high quality, evidence-based programs.
